Activity Logs

This document is for:
Invicti Enterprise On-Demand, Invicti Enterprise On-Premises

Invicti Enterprise lets you view your log on the Activity Logs page. On this page, you can view which user carried out which action on a given date. It also details the endpoint type, such as Invicti Enterprise UI and API.

Team members with the required permission can view all members’ activities.

Activity Logs Fields

This table lists and explains the panels on the Activity Logs page.

Field Description
User This is the name of the user.
Action This is the action that the user(s) performed.
Endpoint Type This is the endpoint where the user(s) has accessed Invicti Enterprise. This can be Web UI, API, and Background Task.

Web UI: This shows that the user performed the action via Invicti Enterprise UI.

API: This shows that the user performed the action via API endpoints.

Background Task: This shows that Invicti Enterprise performed maintenance work or scheduled tasks.

Date This is the date on which the action is performed.
How to view Activity Logs in Invicti Enterprise
  1. Log in to Invicti Enterprise
  2. From the main menu, select Activity > Activity Logs.

This page details the user’s actions. If you want, you can select the user to edit their information. Or, you can select the specific action to further view its details.

You can also download the logs in CSV format. To download, select Export to CSV from the Activity Logs page.

Filtering

Filters let you find action, user, etc. that match given criteria.

How to Filter Your List of Activity Logs
  1. Log in to Invicti Enterprise.
  2. From the main menu, select Activity > Activity Logs.
  3. In the Activity Logs page, select the filter button (  ) next to any column header.
  4. Select to clear all fields.
  5. Add a New Filter if necessary (see How to Add a New Filter).
  6. In the relevant field, where relevant:
    • From the Field drop-down, select an option
    • From the Operator drop-down, select an option
    • In the value field, enter or select a value
  1. Select Apply. The list is filtered by the selected criteria.
How to Add a New Filter
  1. In the Activity Logs page, select the filter button ( ) next to any column header.
  2. In the filter dialog, select New Filter. A new row is displayed.
  3. Configure as required.
